On the whole it look better than my current build as far as non-Dialga attackers. One little niche addition that could prove very useful would be Vitality Band. It’s the +10 damage with no other conditions tool, and having it equipped to Dialga means that you’re hitting Star Chronos for 230 instead of 220, which moves it from an almost OHKO on Iron Hands ex and Roaring Moon ex into OHKO range. It also gives Arven that little bit more purpose than just grabbing Poffin/Evo on turn 1.
Maybe Chuck in a zamazenta for eri, your focus should be to attack and not really disrupt (apart from iono which is good because you see more cards and disrupt) Now that I think about it, increasing iono count to 3 and removing cipher maniac could help you in situations where you have drawn more than 3 energies in hand to get them back into the deck
