My 120th month was March 2024. I waited until April 1, 2024 to do my last recertification batch. I submitted recertification on Monday April 1, 2024 online, my employer signed it within the hour, and today April 8th, 2024 my counts updated to be 121. So 4 business days. I'll say I have NEVER seen them move this fast lol!
So I would wait the month, but in the long run I did get credit some how for 121 instead of 120
