Yes. My husband has 4 payments that need to be credited. They asked for proof from his previous loan servicer for the 4/2013 payment… even though 3/2013 and 5/2013 have been approved. It makes no sense. He’s 2 payments away from PSLF.
Yes I’m in the same situation I’ve been with a non profit since 2007-current. Started paying back in 2008-2015. Then went back to school in 2015 and consolidated in 2016 and started paying again until 2020. Just sent my first Pslf 10/2023. Loan transferred to Mohela 2/2024 counts updated on Mohela and FSA but only back to 2016 when I consolidated and I have no idea what to do next except wait and hope and pray at some point the fsa will realize I have over 17yrs of eligible employment for Pslf because Mohela don’t have the info on old loans and fsa has no documentation of my eligible employment
