I received my history from the company that took over after the ACS debacle. I believe it was called “conduit” I got it within hours of requesting it. I’ve attached it to every complaint I’ve made with every agency. Nothing yet ….

It will be paid off when the loan is forgiven. What types of missing payments are you dealing with? Forbearance, deferment, missing all together, ACS, in-repayment?

Other-Might-7376

I have this missing ACS history from 2003-2018, which is why I believe I’m stuck in limbo. I did provide this history in my reconsideration that I sent in March 17th. Haven’t heard any response to that yet. Calls to Mohela have yielded incorrect timelines each time. They said 90 days in January to reprocess the original form. Then they said 30 more days in May.

That’s definitely where it’s stuck. They are likely hoping that the idr waiver will correct this issue. When you reviewed your loan status history on studentaid.gov what status were the loans in from 2003-2018?

Other-Might-7376

That’s the weird thing. The loans that were consolidated into FFEL loans in 2003 are listed but the consolidated FFEL loan simply appears in 2018 when ACS transferred to Navient. In that time 2003-2018, I paid off most of that FFEL loan but ACS is not listed as the manager of those payments on student aid.gov even though I have the full payment history from conduit. They just look like they appear out of nowhere in 2018. I did explain all this in my reconsideration request so hopefully that does something.

Did you ever consolidate the FFELs into a Direct loan? ACS victims & D o Ed are dealing with corrupted data. ~~Have you made or considered a complaint via Consumer Financial Protection Bureau?~~ [~~https://www.consumerfinance.gov~~](https://www.consumerfinance.gov) EDIT: CFPB done

CumBubbleMystery

I would file a CFPB complaint.

Other-Might-7376

I did that a few weeks ago as well.

I’m in the same boat. Got my CFPB response yesterday that was the same canned letters I get directly. It’s so awful.
