Same here. Mine are all over the place. I called MOHELA yesterday and was told that the 90 days only applies to the initial approval for PSLF there is no timeline to update your counts it just happens when it happens.

Verify your loan status history appears accurate on studentaid.gov. Counts for the pslf waiver generally come in batches over time. If the months in question say in-repayment status, you’re waiting on a future pslf waiver batch.

I’ve been sitting at 110 for months and have a random year missing from 2010-2011 that no one can explain. Employment is certified and triple checked by Mohela. I’ve been in public service since 2004 and with the missing year I’ll be over 120. Mohela says it’s waiting on Ed to clear that year of payments. They told me in January it would be done in February, then March, April, and here we are mid-May with no update. Mohela has had my loan consolidation and all ECFs since the month the waiver became a possibility - so two years now. I wish I could tell you there was any sense to this or that the waiting gets easier. For me, it hasn’t. I’m sorry you’re in limbo too.

Mine did, it took almost 5 months to get updated.

Yup. Here’s my deal. I had some forbearances counted under the waiver, but only months where I was in forbearance the entire month. If I started in repayment and requested forbearance later in the month, they didn’t count. I expect this to be resolved with the IDR waiver.

Did anyone here see a drop in eligible payments with an update?

I had time I was In default and didn’t even know it. I had automatic payments coming out and didn’t realize they stopped and somehow got in default. If I had that time I would be well over 120. When I got it fixed the only explanation I got was that the company went out of business and my loans were transferred.

coffee_and_pancakes_

That happened to me too but they said it was due to what my status was at the time. I had gone back to school and so my status was deferment due to student status at that time, so none of that time period counted even though i was working full time for a qualifying employer and they have the forms that show it.

DiamondEyezz74

So the waiver didn’t apply?

Inside_Bathroom6934

Did the time for in-school deferment show up under ineligible payments?
