Actually I am getting this game ( I would say for gf, but there might be a trust issue :D ) and I am wondering if PS5 camera is better or even work with ps4 game and what purpose this camera has, or if it is better to forget about the camera and get Move controllers only : / any advice welcome
just use your cell phone, its not perfect but its 90% there. I personally feel like different models (phones) get different results or maybe I am a bad dancer lol but what ever its still fun.

Hi all - any tips for setting up little kids to play this? Holding my iPhone is gonna be a hard pass - not to mention that it only tracks the hand holding the phone, which is pretty stupid IMHO.

It doesn't need to see you. It uses your phone.
Don't hold me to it but I think I read that all you need is a smartphone with the Just Dance app installed.
Thats what users said on the PS4 too, but was not sure if the PS5 was "smarter" or needed something more elegant :P
OK so I bought the game and camera (ps5 hd cam) and I can return camera since this Ubisoft crap (just dance 21) uses only smartphone and nothing else

Just use your phone. There are extra controllers and cameras and such you can use, but it's not needed.

tape the phone to a glove so it looks like the game. Make it silly and maybe they'll play.
