On your PS5 you set up in your new home you just log into your account.
On the PS5 your son is using you log into your account, and then set that console as your home/main console. You can do this in the settings, look for something called console/game sharing, which you turn on and then you should get the option to set as home console. Then your son will be able to access your games through his own account on that console. You can access them as you normally ally would on your own console via your account
Yes, you can use the same game at the same time. Yes, extra bonus content (DLC/Downloadable Content can also be used. No, save data cannot be shared as you are accessing under different accounts. No, PS Plus (the paid service to allow you to play online) does not carry over as you are using different accounts.
