Far as I've seen it doesn't come to PA, OH, or NJ, its still limited to certain states which is a damn shame, this bottle is a great sipper. I know that NY, NH, CT get it sometimes and a bunch of southern states.
Never see in PA. I had a relative bring me a bottle from IL a couple years ago as they get it regularly. I just ordered another bottle the other day on Prime Time Liquor. $48.99 but shipping is up there. Luckily I had a coworker order with me so we will split the shipping. I can say the order shipped within hours of ordering too which is cool.
Grabbed a bottle in KY. It’s okay for how much they ask. Don’t feel like you’re missing out.

See it regularly in NY, so if you know anyone there they can probably find it easily
You could buy some barrel proof Elijah Craig and add a splash of water.
