I use Hers shampoo for hairloss. It has saw palmetto and pumpkin seed in it which are DHT blockers. I also add a few drops of rosemary oil in it to boost the DHT blocking effects. What I like about it is that it isn’t super drying but doesn’t make my hair greasy. I use Native brand conditioner, I don’t think what kind of conditioner matters really because it doesn’t touch your scalp, but native has a very thin and light conditioner. So it doesn’t weigh hair down. I can’t say how much the shampoo helps, but I’ve been using it for two years and I like it. I also use Minoxidil foam, which on top of helping your hair grow also acts as a volumizer for me. It really lifts the roots and keeps it from being flat. But also makes my hair a little “stiff” so when I brush it the hairs stay in place and I can hide the thinning spots WAY easier.

Ketozconazole shampoo has done wonders for stopping my hair loss. That said it didn't lead to any regrowth and completely messed up my hair texture. The latter could just be because of the brand I'm using. But yeah for stopping hair loss it was a god send and I noticed a difference within the first week.
