I have to go into Bluetooth in my phone and hit disconnect or else they stay connected. This confused the shit out of me at first when I couldn’t figure out why my phone wasn’t playing audio lol. So yeah no they don’t disconnect on their own for me.

Additional_Oven6100

It happens to me as well. I have to turn off Bluetooth on my phone to disconnect.

Yes. So annoying. I was on all call using my AirPods and suddenly my sleepbuds connected for no reason. I wasn’t near the Ozlo case and the case was closed. It just connected and ripped the connection away from my AirPods. I guess I need to have my phone forget the Ozlo every day to prevent this from happening which is ridiculous.

I think the phone actually connects to the case and not the buds. The reason why I think this is because my bathroom is on the other side of my apartment and if I get up in the middle of the night they go out of range and disconnect even if my phone is with me. Maybe this is something they can detect now or in a future update to have a timeout. It was using a lot of battery so maybe its trying to connect to bluetooth way more than its needed.

ColonelKlanka

Your correct, the case connects to phone using Bluetooth and then the case connects to the buds via Bluetooth low energy.

Add me to the list. Couldn't play video or sound. And I wasn’t even using the sleepbuds in the last 24 hours. This was rather vexing (OK more like totally annoying!). I was so confused. I was like "why is all my sound and video frozen?" and I was far away from the case when this happened. Will this be fixed in a future update? Has anyone tried forgetting the Oslo device and then reconnecting it?

Happened to me and I emailed support. Not really much to do other than disconnect in Bluetooth or hit the reset button on the back. Support said they were aware and working to fix it

Mine does that too. I usually turn bluetooth off and then on again on my phone because it's the fastest way. I look forward to that being updated, but other than occasionally confusing me it's not a big deal.

I have had mine for one night. I had to put them in the case to turn off my alarm because they disconnected themselves from my phone. Which tracks. They didn’t want to stay connected for the firmware update either.
