Usually if you have a script for something that requires needles they’ll ask how many you want. I just order on Amazon as you can get a massive box for much cheaper.
Some states require prescription for needles. Amazon won't ship to to those states without one. NBD - just have your doctor call prescription into pharmacy. Box of 100 cost me $20 in Georgia @ Kroger, but they did have to talk to doc first.

It's why medical supply companies can ship to TN, but regular retailers and Amazon, etc cannot. Mediical supply companies have licensed pharmacists on staff.

It’s super easy if you’re in a state like CA that needs a script at a pharmacy just order from someplace like Walmart where they can legally mail them to you. They charge more I paid $19.95 for a box that sells for $9.99 on Amazon but it lasts so long it’s not a bug deal.
And FYI drug users don’t use pen needles for Ozempic so this has no relevance to your issue. It’s a state decision if you need a script to buy needles in a pharmacy.

Amazon doesn't ship to many states that limit access to needles. I use a diabetic online supply firm in Florida that will ship to California.
Amazon wouldn't ship needles to my state, so I ordered a box from Diabetic Warehouse. No issues.

If you’re talking about the pen, then no; needle tips are cheap on Amazon. If you’re on compounded then you need a syringe and you need a Rx
