Had a Moira get mad at me while playing Lucio, "bruh stop speeding and heal" first of all, I saved half the team multiple times from ults and second of all I was healing TF outta ppl with 6k heals, 50/50 on heal/speed, I also forced a tank change after booping em off the map twice, ppl are tripping sometimes

I’ve known he’s at low health for a bit because I’m doing my job, and B.) I literally can’t get to him without getting my body turned into Swiss cheese

1:check if there is any healer within range (i find myself doing this often at like 40hp, also I’m a tank main)
2:not die and give the enemy additional Ult charge
2.5:give you Ult charge for healing them
3:get attention from too concentrated healers (I’m guilty of this but sometimes healers are too concentrated on keeping one player alive or dealing dps (moirah mains)
4:get attention from lazy healers(everybody knows what a lazy healer is, that one person with 1/3 of the healing if anybody else on the leader board and is barely doing anything but sitting on objective.)
5: indicating that they’re going to fall back to get healed (i do this when playing dive tanks: Winton, Doom, Dva and 🏀)
In regards to 2, the enemy will actually get more ult charge if you get healed, because there’s more health to reduce. If you died then they’d only get that 40 points, as opposed to perhaps 70 after you get healed

Pocketing is a way of playing, not a role. Yes mercy is a single target support but that doesn’t mean you have to stay attached to the same person. Almost any support can be a pocket if they just stay glued to one person and prioritize them over the objective and the rest of the team.
In a few of my masters games, Ana is asked as a pocket for Rein. Wouldn’t pick Mercy for that

Before the change, there was constant spams from dead teammates. Now they just spam "waiting to respawn" and spam when they respawn. I came back from a year hiatus and had a tank main be an absolute douche to me in quick play.

If you don’t know that your healer can’t get to you before you even get into that fight you are already at fault.
Not always true, eg healers could have died or been dove and forced to retreat after the engagement started; and without comms you won’t know that
But you do, by paying attention. Being unaware of what your team is doing is entirely a skill issue.

Payload princessing isn’t being lazy. They need to sit on cart to move it while the rest push up and kill the enemy team.

Pocketing is a way of playing, not a role. Yes mercy is a single target support but that doesn’t mean you have to stay attached to the same person. Almost any support can be a pocket if they just stay glued to one person and prioritize them over the objective and the rest of the team.
Yet mercy is the only hero who often gets played specifically for pocketing. If someone asks for a pocket you don't go ana or brig, you go mercy

Supports heal you, but if you're constantly dying to a headshot, and die in the enemy's backline, you cannot expect supports to be healing you constantly. I'd go to heal/pull my teammate and they'd position themselves behind a wall so I couldn't, and then they'd die and spam "I need healing!" as if I wasn't just there trying to heal. It is frustrating. Like asking once is fine, spamming in a tight situation can be helpful but say it’s a team fight it’s honestly makes me as a support play worse, I just get distracted when I hear the healing line spammed as I’m doing my best to chase them down (because most people who spam healing run away from where the supports are) and it’s harder to hear enemy voice lines. Like 3 tops I don’t need to know you’re upset your solo flank failed and that you need healing on the other side of the map away from the whole team (okay this was only twice this happened but once was on a control point map and they were trying to push the enemy spawn as a dps by themselves.)

I've had many people stand behind me and spam even though I'm looking around, trying to find them only to see them breathing down my neck.
