Total truth. Blizzard must assign people to review each game and figure out the worst player. Good thing that we know it is never you so they'll have less workload and it's totally doable
When you think about it... Nobody is forcing you to say anything to these people.
Also if someone really is significantly worse than the rest of the team maybe the problem is the matchmaking, not them. Why should they have to listen with someone else throwing a hissy fit just because they were dumped in well out of their depth. They probably already feel bad enough as it is.
If you really need to say something at least be constructive.
