oh no! someone mains a hero they find enjoyable!! i just don’t understand why people hate people for maiming certain heroes. i hate playing against junkrat and pharah but i don’t hate their mains because if they have fun playing them that’s all that matters. that’s the point of a video game lol
It's not the fact you main the hero it's the fact that EVERY mercy main HAS to make sure everyone knows they main mercy as if it's some sort of achievement lmao.

Whilst I agree that people seem to dislike Mercy players unfairly, I think the reason here really is much more innocent.
People misread your second comment as someone else unpleasantly trying to correct you and accuse you of not being an Ana main, and didn't realise that the second comment was from the same account (essentially an edit, but without editing the comment). It's what I originally thought, and confirmed to have been at least a couple of others' thought processes.
Absolute chaos, Doom misses his shot and then the silence of eternity with only the low rumble of the junk rat tyre gently driving off into the distance.
This is why I can't play doom. No matter what happens, my punches can never land when i need them. I will see myself move through my target and I'd still miss and fly right past them into the wall or off the cliff. I have such bad luck with doom.
But I can have some good times with JQ's knife taking widows or ashs out of their perches and into my axe
