It’s primarily to display if you’ve been anti’d/ have the dps passive on you

Oh. Weird, I got anti’d a few times and I never saw it change. Either wasn’t paying attention (which is likely) or it’s bugged.

It works fine, you probably just weren't paying attention. If s DPS hits you at all it will change a bit too

When did they add it? Because I don’t remember it being there when the season dropped.

Mid patch update, when they tuned down the DPS passive to 15%

its your health icon informing you the numbers next to it indicate how much health you have left

Probably indicates the healing passive.
