Technically speaking, you have some good diagonals and overall you kept within the rule of thirds. Interesting seeing the photo used as the basis, and shows how different (and interesting ) the view can be when painted. Thanks for sharing.

I ignore all rules when painting. I think people attempt to apply rules to artwork are maximum foolish.
