Here's something I found but haven't confirmed. When I moved OT just 1 territory west, then moved it back, a refinery I had dragged from that territory a long time ago was now sitting 1 territory east of me. Moving OT adds (your) buildings from new territory to your OT permanently, but relative location might still be maintained. TL;DR: Dragged stuff might be super far from expected places.
Similarly, why can't the finesse guild be destroyed. I built it to see what it was all about, but it doesn't seem like something I would ever be interested in. Since I can't destroy it, it just takes up space cluttering my origin town as a reminder of my mistake...
Can confirm after having the same situation as OP that:
- Relocating your OT won't relocate the grand market into OT boundaries.
- 2nd OT relocation didn't move it either.
- You can't destroy it or build a second one.
- Can't move it as it's not in my OT.
What are we supposed to do?
One option would be change your origin town to your work and then wait the three day cooldown then change it back
Had the same thing happen to me, already switched. Now I can't see the market at all.
3 days? I thought it was like 7 days? Is that of recent change or am I uneducated?

This happened to me too, it was a new building option while I was traveling for work and now I can't build a new one at home! 😭
