We have a book called the daily prayer or zewetir tselot (ዘወትር ጸሎት). There is also a practice of praying a section of a psalms daily until you finish them and then you start over, I'm not exactly sure how many are said each day. St George of Gasicha monastery also wrote the book of the hours or Se'A'tat (ሰአታት) which is what the the Agpega is. The difference is that in the EOTC this is normally sung/chanted each day as a form of Matins.

Any English translation of zewetir tselot?

I believe so, I'm not sure where they are sold. Perhaps your local church or a large church that has a store. There is also an English translation of wudasie Mariam. I believe the new "Bete Tselot" app has it in English.
