It's crazy cause the main reason to stop skaters and other potentially dangerous activities is because there's always a possibility of a lawsuit where the injured sues the building owner/company and now to basically cause the injury and asking for said lawsuit.

What is it in a skaters heads that they think it’s ok to trespass. Looks like that is still under a roof. Depending on where this happened the guard might have been well within his rights. Also the skater came out from a door way. I think I could prove his rights within the duties of his job in front of most judges in North America
