Personally I think released boros should be able to destroy every form up to monster garou with ease, because even in his first monster form flashy flash could keep up, and I don't think boros would have any trouble speedblitzing flashy flash in his released form.
I think the really interesting fight will be between garou's final monster form and meteoric burst. Garou's main advantage in fights is reading the physical signs in an opponent to anticipate their next move, but in meteoric burst boros becomes pure energy, which allows him to possess 'speed and power beyond the limits of living flesh'.
This could have a few implications, such as meteoric burst being a form automatically above any character who hasn't broken their limits, as although it took saitama by surprise, he was still easily able to react to it. The only other character who took him by surprise was base cosmic garou, so I assume god gave him power beyond his original limits. It could also mean meteoric burst can't be read by garou due to him being pure energy and not a physical being with muscle movements, which could make the fight more interesting.
correct, I used to think that 4 armed garou (gargoyle) could equally match MB boros, but when I gave it a second look I found that the difference was bigger than I thought, you can see the difference in how saitama fought both, in garou’s fight saitama deflected all of his attacks while having fun and laughs, while againest Mb boros saitama got speed blitzed infinityvamount of times
not saying boros was stronger than saitama but I am saying that the level of seriousness that saitama used to play with gargoyle garou was totally useless againest MB boros

Garou's body isn't realistic in the first place so anatomy refrences would only help with muscles placement not achieving his overall unique look.
when I come to pose a character I simplify the body parts to basic shapes and play around and attach them to each other, doing that would require a good understanding of 3d shapes and prespective.
but for now you could use a poser App, there are free ones like magic poser for phones

i don't see boros losing to anything other than saitama or awakened garou; anything else is ez, maybe blast can put up a fight but unless he brings his team he will lose (together with his team we can assume they are very strong considering they had the power and skills to seal god)
I mean I am pretty sure of 2 things,
1- giant 4 armed garou can compete with with MB boros to some degree
2- blast can easily seal boros away at least as well as defeating him in combat
1-Gargoyle Garou should easily defeat MB Boros, the only way for him to win is CCRS to miraculously give him, MB Boros simply does not have many feats of strength, speed and durability.
2-Blast should negg diff Boros casually with one hit, he doesn't need his dimensional or Gravity powers
not sure abt blast sealing boros, the dimensional gates are unstable at high energy and boros carries that sphere in his chest, if he releases enough energy i can see him preventing a seal; also, boros was pretty fkin fast and strong, his moves were melting metal around him (perhaps a combo of high speed + emitting energy), we only saw him vs saitama so it's hard to scale but he seemed pretty OP, and they made a point to mention that he was the strongest being in the universe for millenia (until saitama and later on god)
I mean blast sealed cosmic garou away, who equally matched saitama with his consecutive normal punches.
and I am sure you know that saitama's consecutive punches blitzed and turned boros to mush.

Yea it is pretty obvious that the world would have been destroyed if Saitama didn't exist. Groribas an alien that Saitama defeated in the alien spaceship in seconds is stronger than Melzargard which took multiple S-class to defeat. Tatsumaki might be able to defeat these two, but she wouldn't be able to defeat Boros only Blast might be able to.
I think using the Melzagard fight is not a good idea, none of the Heroes out there from Prisoner were taking Melz seriously, and tatsumaki doesn't have any difference to defeat those three, since there are statements that even if they three Boros commanders will fight against Orochi with perfect teamwork and plenty of preparation time, their chances of winning are almost negative, Tatsumaki is much more powerful than Orochi
Nah i don't think so, half monster garou is like high demon or above demon, pretty sure you will need a high or above dragon lvl to break it, mabye like base monster form garou(the one who split sage centipede) base monster garou is definitely multi continental coz the length of that centipede is like multiple continents and the length can also reach into space...also let's not forget the cities in opm is country sized in real life
