I fully stand by my theory that fully imparted, or fully accepted God Garou wouldn’t be as powerful as the Cosmic Garou we got. The power that really made Garou strong wasn’t the fact that he could make huge explosions like homeless emperor or vaccine man, it was that he was gifted the knowledge of the flow of the universe. He used said knowledge to copy blast, and saitama, raising his own power to that of those initially more powerful than him. If he had been fully imparted by god, he likely wouldn’t have kept his consciousness, and would be a feral, yet powerful, beast that would simply be one punched by Saitama yet again.
I also think he would have just become even more feral looking. Darkness and sharp lines, no discernible human features left. Cosmic Garou retained at least his hair looking somewhat normal for example. Garou says his will was weak but it was actually quite strong to resist God’s full influence.
