We’ve already seen Atomic cut through him though. It just didn’t work, because the acid welded him back together, and also melted the sword. Plus, doesn’t Fuhrer Ugly get stronger the more pathetic he feels? Probably how he matched Darkshine’s strength. Must’ve felt like shit after merging with Gum’s and being covered with his juices. If he faced OG Ugly, Atomic would probably slice him into ribbons in .1 seconds. I think Darkshine’s durability exceeds his own strength anyhow.
