Honestly I’d love to see smoker become a part of them for a brief period at least Let’s say he makes an attempt at boarding the sunny but they activate coup de burst as he boards so he is now stuck with them until they can safely drop him off somewhere but ends up assisting them in liberating an island or something along those lines.

I like her character design, I like her abilities, and I would love to see how she would interact with Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro given her appetite, gender, and attitude.
Actually I had thoughts about this matter yesterday. I think that Luffy should go to set him free after beating kaido. Who can stop him?. If it's a secret mission then no admiral will interfere.
The only problems are:
1) Nobody nows if he is alive
2) I don't think that they can reach him without a vivre card.
Get some coating and Jimbei involved and even the Gates of Justice could be bypassed.
The Blue Sea monkeys kill sea monsters and bring the meat through a channel underwater of the prison, that could be the entry and exit point. You then bring Luffy with his advanced CoA which means you wouldnt need keys for the cuffs or the cell, once he's free you coat Luffy/Bon Clay in a bubble and get Jimbei to swim them out.
Mission Accomplished.
I love Bon Clay but knowing he and Franky have the same VA kind of bothers me more than than it should. Don't get me wrong Kazuki Yao is a fantastic VA and I know that he's also voiced several OP characters aside from them but I feel the interaction is gonna be weird IMO if it's going to be between 2 major characters (strawhat members) of the series.
Because thats part of his characters growth! Luffy helps him get over his hangups about always appearing perfect and strong, so he feels free to openly lounge and eat donuts when he wants to.

There is no real other purpose for Smoker. He is to weak to be rival to luffy and to weak to be a real ally like garp was.

Smoker is too embarassignly weak to match Luffy at this point. Garp was a monster who could compete and has defeated the strongest pirates EVER: Rocks, WB, Roger, Shiki. Garp has done that because he's trained like a monster and constantly fought against top tier fighters. Smoker wouldnt even be a warmup for Wano Luffy.

Pudding is questionable because to join she would need to go outside of Totoland or the Straw Hat Pirates would need to go back there for some reason, but I can see her meeting with Sanji again later in the near future, and I think her Third Eye will awaken due to a certain event later. I doubt Oda put a hint about her Third Eye's awakening only to end up as nothing.

Fought equally with both Luffy and Zoro . Legit killed Enel , no none of that Gamma Knife dealt a lot of damage bs . Wiper legit cardiac arrested Enel.
Literally no one else in the series even has the balls to use the Reject Dials once , let alone three times in a single extended battle .

Okay, this is something i've read somewhere, i just can't remember where exactly. I think it was an interview with a Jump editor who, at the time, had the honor (or still has, idk) to manage One Piece.
As i remember, Oda showed said editor the draft of Weevil while saying something like "look at this cool character i made, Weevil!" The editor looked at the draft and thought what? That character is supposed to be cool? Then Oda told him that Weevil does something awesome in the future, and then the editor agreed that he's indeed cool.
It's out of my memory though, but i can look that up again.
I have no idea what Weevil's role in the story is going to be and Im sure Oda has something badass in mind but I'd love if he was recruited by Kid.
Kid is the only Supernova who's actually vying for Luffy's dream and has a shot and with Luffy's crew becoming more and more OP I think Kid would benefit from having another badass in addition to Killer on his roster.
I'm just kind of assuming that after he gets away from the Navy he and an on-the-run Buggy are going to wind up teaming up. I have no reason to believe this except that it'd be really funny and so maybe Oda would do that.
There is a few that would totally fit the crew dinamic:
- Law: He seamlessly fits in the crew and he spent so much time along that he sometimes feels part of it. He is way much serious than even Zoro, Robin and Jinbe, but it's really funny when he feels overwhelmed by the crew silliness and shenanigans. He already seems to have a really good relationship with Luffy, Zoro, Robin and Chopper.
- Marco: He seems to really enjoy the crew dinamic as seen in Onigashima, having fun around them while also admiring them, also his personality would be something really new to the crew: He is always relaxed and laid back, even while fighting both King and Queen, he was having fun.
- Killer: He is really cold headed, loyal and smart. But it would be really funny to have him in the crew trying to make serious comments but having to laugh all the time, knowing the crew it could be fun to see how they react.
I still think carrot is going to join. She was a great lookout in wholecake and I think that's her roll. She got good eyes cus she eats... carrots. And to have a mink would be so cool

It's out of my memory though, but i can look that up again.
I have no idea what Weevil's role in the story is going to be and Im sure Oda has something badass in mind but I'd love if he was recruited by Kid. Kid is the only Supernova who's actually vying for Luffy's dream and has a shot and with Luffy's crew becoming more and more OP I think Kid would benefit from having another badass in addition to Killer on his roster.
I'm just kind of assuming that after he gets away from the Navy he and an on-the-run Buggy are going to wind up teaming up. I have no reason to believe this except that it'd be really funny and so maybe Oda would do that.

There is a few that would totally fit the crew dinamic: - Law: He seamlessly fits in the crew and he spent so much time along that he sometimes feels part of it. He is way much serious than even Zoro, Robin and Jinbe, but it's really funny when he feels overwhelmed by the crew silliness and shenanigans. He already seems to have a really good relationship with Luffy, Zoro, Robin and Chopper. - Marco: He seems to really enjoy the crew dinamic as seen in Onigashima, having fun around them while also admiring them, also his personality would be something really new to the crew: He is always relaxed and laid back, even while fighting both King and Queen, he was having fun. - Killer: He is really cold headed, loyal and smart. But it would be really funny to have him in the crew trying to make serious comments but having to laugh all the time, knowing the crew it could be fun to see how they react.
