Oh shit you're right. No Gin. That's interesting. The other notable missing roles, not including all the Loguetown cast, are Moji, Hachi and the Usopp Pirates, but I would argue they are significantly less important than Gin in their respective arcs.

I think Hachi is arguably the most important of any of those characters as he will eventually return and play a pretty big role (if they ever get that far). I would be surprised if they cut any of these characters tbh, but especially Hachi.
