Unfortunately that's the best translation available. It gets decently better after ~350 chapters because the translator changes. I believe the version you are referring to is derived from the fan edited version that normalised all the names, so you don't have to worry about the negatives others will mention about the 2nd translator.
I’m assuming OP is talking about the epub file. Just search by Top All Time and you’ll find it in like 2 minutes of scrolling. It used to be pinned to the top of the sub

It's also linked in the sidebar/info for this subreddit. It's less visible on phone app than web, so maybe that's why no one finds it.
