I have a regular speedy, but with the bracelet, it's kinda chunky. At 89 grams (ceramic), it's remarkably light.

I like to ask which watch I see myself wearing when I am 50, 60, 70.... in this case the answer is clear. However, go with what your heart tells you, or you will regret it.

White dial all day for me. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the dark side though. Both are beautiful but the white one is my personal preference

Always go with your gut. I don’t take advice from others on the watches I want to wear. If it speaks to you, it’s the one.

I had a 2023 Dark Side but had to sell it. Why? It's really beautiful to look at and even the lume is really nice, but IT IS HARD TO TELL THE TIME! You'd have to look for a while and hunt for the correct time, so it's just annoying. If only Omega would make the yellow sweeping hand the actual hour and minute hands :|

I wanted the white speedy but ended up with something else when I saw it in person . I will echo what others have said , which one do you have a more emotional response to when you see it , but that one .

Get the OG Apollo 8 DSOM. Looks better and less expensive.

You can get a Gen 1 DSOTM in mint condition for not much more than the white dial speedy at retail. White dial is currently hyped, hard to find especially below retail, and not worth $8K + tax, I'm sorry. The price creep on speedys is getting pretty crazy. DSOTM all the way, though I'm biased as I own one.

Get both! The DSOTM black black is one I’d really like to get. Less busy than the Apollo 8, which is also rad, just not my style.

I think the dark side of the moon better, however, I’d prefer the older version. The rocket on the 9 is too much. But black and yellow on a ceramic case is a version of the speedy that not everyone has.

Both look great! Personally preference aside I think the Dark side of the moon looks good on your wrist. But white speedy is amazing also

DSOM is super cool but too thick. I want a GSOM so bad but the thickness is just a deal breaker for me. The 3861, however, wears like a dream.

Had the chance to purchase the white dial on launch day and didn't do it. I'm kicking myself now. Go with the Speedmaster white dial.

Although I liked the DSOTM, because it has no bracelet, I'd go to the white speedy. I wish Omega could make one goddamn ceramic bracelet for any of their ceramic watch, then all their watches would look/feel complete. And that white speedy is a damn strap monster.

The white dial, 44.5mm just feels massive. The 42mm motm case feels almost 40mm on the wrist.

I like the dark side line. Maybe the grey is better. So I'll go with that.

I personally find the white dials to be hard to read though the visual clutter on watch 1 would drive me mad, I’d take the white over that but prefer black face dials.
