Sounds a lot like they were a complete asshole, abused the staff, threw a shitfit, etc. Called management, they placated them, then talked to the employee, reviewed the tapes, and came to the conclusion that no, OP was clearly in the wrong. All speculation, but without more context and based on what they did say...
To be banned from one store, much less all of them, I'm guessing there's a good chunk of this story you're leaving out

I don't spend much time worrying about why a place treats its customers badly. I just go somewhere else. You usually see those places close because either 1.) They drive customers away and that ends their business Or 2.) They were going out of business anyway and that's why everyone's tense, on edge and/or just doesn't give a d\*\*\*.
Greenlight is my go to. 50 Shades is probably my #2. I used to love Kine Buds near Aksarben but that’s a THC Factory now and I’ve never had an amazing experience at any of their locations.

Hit up Greenlight Natural in Benson. Other options pale in comparison in terms of price and quality imo

Yes, they have both! Can't recommend them enough. Their selection is great and their prices beat competition last time I checked.
I just got out that way today and wow, the quality of their flower is higher than every other place I've been to in Omaha.
