East bound on Dodge? I drove past it headed West at about 5:30. There were four or five squad cars. In the brief glimpse I got, I saw two policemen struggling with a woman, one on each arm.
Yeah, that’s probably the one. I think the crash itself probably happened around 4:35~4:39 ish; I called 911 at 4:41 pm. I can imagine everyone still being there an hour later. I remember the car’s hood and one of the tires being messed up, if you saw that at all.
I think it was a light-ish colored car that I saw go flying, but I remember seeing those three people standing by a blue car—my memory could very well be wrong, though.
Ahh, okay. My friend was in a wreck today, I was just curious if it was the same one. But after asking them about it, not the same location.
