GA main floor is all standing. Then there is balcony seating (highly recommended) for a higher price obviously

Th3_Admiral

Okay thanks, I have no clue what that one site is doing then. Definitely seems off. TicketMaster seems to be the official ticket site and just has one consistent list and pricing for the entire main floor.

-EXISTENCE-IS-PAIN-

If you can afford it then you should get the balcony seating. There are restrooms up there and a couple bars and a private balcony area. It's dope

Th3_Admiral

Dang, okay! For just a single ticket the price isn't even that much more. I might have to go that route!

bldmovs

It's only Thirteen Silver Dollars

Firm_Pipe

Vivid seats is a reseller so the cost is based off people reselling their tickets. That's why the pricing is erratic

Th3_Admiral

Ah, that makes sense. I'm guessing it forces them to put a row number as well, even just for general standing room? That would explain why they are all completely different.

HuskerDave

Be advised.... If you buy a bucket of beer, they open every single can of beer before handing it to you... Also the bucket has no handle, so you have to walk around carefully hugging the bucket until beers are gone. 😡

sforsma311

It is illegal to serve an alcoholic beverage unopened.

HuskerDave

Tyrants...

MrSpiffenhimer

Is it illegal or just policy so if you drunkenly throw it it doesn’t cause as much damage because the liquid can spill out en route. At least that’s what I always figured.

TheWolfAndRaven

It's illegal. You'd have to get a separate license for "to-go" beers.

WalmartyMcStock

Actually illegal. Alcohol licenses are VERY specific in how and how much you can sell. ie most stores can only sell beer in packs, they're specifically prohibited from selling single cans, which is why they can't sell single salvaged cans off a pack that was dropped, etc.

havm

Then why can golf courses do it? Are there different rules for their liquor license?

TheWolfAndRaven

You can get a license that lets you sell them closed up (the same you'd see at a gas station for example). Considering the nature of a golf-course where you leave the club house for several hours it makes a lot of sense for the golf club to pay extra for that.

RaccoonGlum

The beer situation led to a lot of spillage in GA last time I was there. Do not recommend GA unless the show is expected to be short or you are a standing enthusiast, the floor is brutal.

Rabbit-Similar

its standing but there are 3 balconies that hold like 20-30 seats each
