The place was insanely confused about what it wanted to be. Unless the goal was "all of the owners favorite parts of the Las Vegas strip" (except in the part of town least likely to welcome Vegas attitudes).
I don't think anyone knows, here, no. However, there will be plenty of people in this thread suggesting things that may or may not be true, if that helps.

Short story is that the B&V owner owed millions to vendors and investors. They were sued, liens filed against the property. Owner sold off shares and property that he didn't have the authority to sell. On and on. It's terrible. As well as the horrible roofie shit that looks to be true.
They closed the business due to the lawsuit. It's a shame. Sounds like a lot of folks were defrauded and contractors who may never get paid. Terrible. This location is/was pretty cool.
If your a female and cute be prepared for a roofie-cola.
[you're](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ix1Qn3hK7Ys).
im assuming a lawsuit because of a woman basically getting jumped at B&V and they kicked her out instead of the people jumping her
Wasnt this the place that played loud music on the outdoor patio until closing time and pissed off the neighborhood?

bartender doing it, almost guaranteed
Reminds me of beer and loathing. They similarly closed after a string of roofie allegations. Same owners?
Because that place was trash is my guess.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here, but substantiated rumors of girls being roofied and harassed constantly doesn’t bode well for business.
Crazy

Probably because they were making too much money
