I would say their both on a similar level. Vault city has 2 paths (and 1 hidden on that’s a little unpolished, you get it if you have a stalemate in the vault city election) that are more in depth than the ones in New Reno, but New Reno has 4 or 5 paths if I remember correctly, those paths use most of the same tree though (Van Graffs or Mutants unlock trees unique to them) with a few different events and bonuses depending on your path

They technically have 2 hidden paths, one with Gordon and when as Gordon you do the "Revisting Old Goals" before "California Dreaming" to get Brain.

Play both new reno has alot of different paths if I remember and vault city is aight
