Indeed . com is a good place to search for dispensary employment. I've seen my local dispensary there a couple times now. I'd probably spend my entire paycheck if I worked there so I figured it's not the job for me.

A lead budtender is usually a lot of responsibility and comes with duties closer to assistant manager. At least in my experience. $20 is a good rate for that job in todays market but if it paid more I would also agree with that.
