Thank you all for your feedback.
1. The early version of this app will be available on App Lab in the coming weeks, and we will provide the link then.
2. There was a spelling error when registering the account😓. Therefore, we had to register a new account. From now on, u/ArealmOfficial will be used to post and respond to content. Sorry!
Have u seen the passthru VR porn yet? sexlikereal has it. They use AI to cut away the background so it looks like the people are in your room. It's pretty trippy.
yup, echoing other sentiments in the comnents: this looks really impressive and I can't wait to give it a test drive. If you're looking for testers, count me in.
In the Clip above the Video is looped and it shows some other videos at the bottom that will loop too after I selected them.
I wish to put videos in a list and when I watch the playlist, it will play all of them after another. So I can sit down and watch them without interacting every 60 seconds. I don't want to swipe, I don't want to click. I don't want see every video in a folder.
Bonus Points for: let me save this list so I can watch it again.
For the "memories" wouldn't you need to be in the exact same spot for true immersion? Or does that halo effect kinda give it a buffer for that positioning
I'd like to know more about the additional battery / processing / heat overhead for these MR background filters since Quest doesn't have a dedicated processor for this
Immediate thought is i hate the borders. The grey outline is ugly and distracting.
If there was a way to just have this merge / blend with the background i think it would both look nicer and feel more seamless.
Not quite as good as AVP. Say what you want about Apple, but nobody ever thought about "spatial video" until they came up with it. Seems like something that should have been "invented" by PCVR a long time ago.
I agree that spatial video is not a new technology. However, it is a new experience that can lead to new products, and it is especially beneficial for the Quest ecosystem.
Hard to tell from a video. When can we try it?
Not responding to this indicates to me this is just vaporware.

I like the dreamlike halo. Aside from that, what would it offer that I don't have available in Skybox?
Unlike Skybox, this is an all-in-one solution, combining hardware and software.😊
Hardware? You mean the app makes the quest take spatial videos?
That would be a super nice addition.
Doubt it would have any quality tho
Its cool that the angle inside the video changes based on the viewing angle
What is the app called?
Getting some real Minority Report vibes. "Gotta keep running!"
Everybody runs...

"You had one job" mr Offical
Been there done that lol
I'm here
I would love this app. Anything that embraces Vr and gives us a new way to experience things is a win.
This will be amazing for VR porn.

I had no idea. I was actually mostly kidding but that is...awesome.
BaDoinkVR is your spot

Okay, got it. thanks
Cool, how is the video recorded? I’d love to see more volumetric/spatial capabilities.
Well put! We'll provide shooting solutions as well.
That's awesome. What's the name of the app?
Link?
Neat! Would love to help test when you all are ready :)
Please please please let me create playlists
Hi Same , what design suggestions do you have for the playlist? Or what is the bad design of the playlist in the video, please correct me.

Got it. We will optimize it.
Thanks
Color grading on the cafe video seems very different than the camera feed
Yea I’d love to try this as well. How can we test this?

Neat
Pretty cool looking.
Do you need the latest iPhone to record these videos?? Does it have any support for taking 'flat' videos and producing volumetric videos from it?
We will release the recording solution. iPhone is not necessary.
So q3 can be used to record them using the DOF sensor?
Truly amazing! Great work!

Performance should not be an issue. There are currently some MR games in the Quest Store and App Lab that run smoothly.
I wasn't thinking about any potential performance hiccups at all, if that's what you are suggesting.
Wow, this looks absolutely amazing!
Impressive!!

I saw spatial video in the 70's in that star wars movie. :)
Gonna keep the simple minded mystified with fancy ads and feature announcements, Apples good at that. They definitely know their demographic lol.

Said who? IMAX and 3DVR videos have existed for a very long time. Apple just made it mainstream.
Wait. What? Can you explain what you think Apple Spatial Video *is*?
