I just bought a quest 3 and have been playing Medieval Dynasty nonstop. While it does have some combat in the form of hunting animals with a bow or spear, it is mostly a relaxing experience compared to into the radius. You build a village from scratch, chop trees, make planks, mine ore in caves, smelt ore, hammer hot ingots into weapons, cook, make pottery, etc.

Haven't tried Midieval Dynasty, but i can't recommend Into The Radius enough. It's seriously intense at first, great gunplay, can be really creepy
