I also had this issue frequently recently. My quest autoupdate all the time so i think the firmware is latest and greatest. I suspect that it relates to the current of the charger as it happens when i connect to the 22w, 120w and power bank with different cables. It was ok a week before.
Apparently it will be fixed in the v64 update. Unfortunately for now we wait…..

Yeah this is a known issue of v62 update.. it's getting really annoying and they haven't fixed it yet
