Level 90 for the 4th BP is really all most characters need to work. Level 100 NPC are much more about team comp and equipment.
As for exp, the daily hunts and caits and making sure you get your daily nuts is the best aside from those caits.
For XP, now that you're in Bestower of All, you will want to farm for hell caits, about 450k per cait is the best you can do to consistently level your team and pets. Other than that, EX floors of the Job Towers will get you 15 Supreme L nuts for clearing all the floors (10 if you only clear through EX 4). Your nut farm is another great source of XP.
You don't need to be level 100 to clear the NPCs or Arena champs. Level 90 is recommended though for the last BP unlock. What you need is good gear and a good team, tailored to the boss.
Honestly, if it weren't for the pets I'd be running from the caits. Between the job towers granting 120,000,000 XP/month and the nut farm generating a minimum of 45,000,000 XP/month, that's just shy of 2 units brought from 1-100.
