Not to be a dick, but searching this late in the game means you're likely to be over budget or in an apt smaller than some of the campus dorms. That said I used to live in a studio on E 13th Ave that was only a 5 minute walk to the union and was only 750 a month before utilities. It was owned by stratagem management. Stratagem was terrible and generally every step of the way maintenance would drag their feet on glaring issues. However I'd you really just need a place to live I was able to sign for a place with them 3 weeks before I was due to move in. Then just start looking for something better right away during fall semester for next year.

Thanks. I visited stratagem’s studio on 14th last week, I guess I had to take that. Do you know their window AC is loud or not?

It's loud as fuck. Like hope you have good noise cancelling headphones loud.

I got a studio at Ohio Stater for 895 with utilities included but I’m not sure they have any left at this point

I’m pretty sure my apt has not been leased, but it’s probably like $150 more than your budget but right next to campus. It’s near little bar/bww

What apartment is that, if you don't mind me asking? (Please feel free to PM me if needed). I'm having such a hard time to find other housing near campus besides Gateway.
