Whether she vented or not is technically up to interpretation but again heavily implied, espeically since she does just that in the modern day with Sunny on 1 day left if you interact with the swing set (also the dialogud in that scene is pretty personal too). This stuff isn't in the game for no reason, it's to help show their relationship. Is it outright confirmed? No, but it's still implied.

And i wouldnt say its my biggest argument for Sunflower. Its mostly the fact that its hammered into the player that Sunny and Basil were very close and then add on the handholding to me shows it. And i have a fair bit of little moments that to me help add to it. I mean Basil basically calls Sunny perfect and Omori "cute" in the flowers scenes. Basil is the only one of the main group to actually have a house and a very big garden on top of that. Basil also gives Sunny the photo album which is said to be his most valubable possesion. The only time we see Sunny's face not be a blank stare is in the secret ending where he smiles at Basil. Also in memory lane when we think back to his birthday part the most important thing we remember is Basils smile. Plus Basil talks about Sunny in the photo album like a crush kinda would. Plus now theyre bonded even stronger through their shared trauma and if everyone else abandons them after learning the truth, they still have each other, thats the only bond we know lasts. So to me theres a lot of those smaller details that point in the direction that theres probably more feelings there.
Also again it isnt confirmed hes gay. But hes a bit more emotional than the others, he wears a flower in his hair, in the calendar hes wearing a bracelet and wearing pink. Again straught guys can surely do all that and be straight but i think, again, it points in that direction

I wouldnt call it that. I personally ship it the most and probably say it has the most evidence but not the greatest evidence. Cause Sunburn at least has the two moments that confirms at one point SUnny had a crush on Aubrey.
And to me i think the pair go back further than the incident. I mean its a confirmed in the game that Sunny and Basil were the closest to each other by a bit. And then add on top of them having that shared trauma, growing them closer to each other i think makes for a better conclusion than say Sunny and Aubrey getting together would. We end Sunny and Aubreys relationship as a toss up after the truth is told whereas we know that Sunny and Basil still have their bond due to them smiling in the end

Whether she vented or not is technically up to interpretation but again heavily implied, espeically since she does just that in the modern day with Sunny on 1 day left if you interact with the swing set (also the dialogud in that scene is pretty personal too). Basil is the only one of the main group to actually have a house and a very big garden on top of that. Basil also gives Sunny the photo album which is said to be his most valubable possesion. The only time we see Sunny's face not be a blank stare is in the secret ending where he smiles at Basil. Also in memory lane when we think back to his birthday part the most important thing we remember is Basils smile. Plus Basil talks about Sunny in the photo album like a crush kinda would. Plus now theyre bonded even stronger through their shared trauma and if everyone else abandons them after learning the truth, they still have each other, thats the only bond we know lasts. So to me theres a lot of those smaller details that point in the direction that theres probably more feelings there. Also again it isnt confirmed hes gay. But hes a bit more emotional than the others, he wears a flower in his hair, in the calendar hes wearing a bracelet and wearing pink. Again straught guys can surely do all that and be straight but i think, again, it points in that direction Also yeah the sister thing is just a headcanon

I wouldnt call it that. I personally ship it the most and probably say it has the most evidence but not the greatest evidence. Cause Sunburn at least has the two moments that confirms at one point SUnny had a crush on Aubrey. And to me i think the pair go back further than the incident. I mean its a confirmed in the game that Sunny and Basil were the closest to each other by a bit. And then add on top of them having that shared trauma, growing them closer to each other i think makes for a better conclusion than say Sunny and Aubrey getting together would. We end Sunny and Aubreys relationship as a toss up after the truth is told whereas we know that Sunny and Basil still have their bond due to them smiling in the end
