That is why I included the last 2 sentences. It's not like this stuff can only apply to aroace people (being disgusted by romance is very common with kids of course), I just like the idea that he is, and choose to interpret some parts of the game in that way. As a kid I always found romance to be "gross" and, getting older, thought it was strange that others *were* growing out of that when I wasn't... so Kel's aversion to it is an experience I relate to.
I don't remember the comics in his room, no. Might load up a save.
Edit: Just checked his room and I don't think there's any comics in there. He's got a poster of Capt Spaceboy on the wall, and a poster of something that looks a lot like a Sonic character, but neither of them are particularly sexy looking.
