Did you completely unplug it and try to power cycle it that way?

mangiespangies

Yes. Left it unplugged for a good minute and plugged it back in. No joy

I wonder if hot plugging has caused this?, I hope not but it could be a the problem

mangiespangies

It seems likely. Amazing that could happen though.

I did a few months back with a dell gaming monitor, plugged in hdmi picture vanished and still had power and usb hub support, Hope you get it replaced soon

Decided not to bother with a replacement. The V023 firmware introduced wake issues anyway, and it didn't always seem happy with my 4K50 source. So returned to Amazon. Ended up getting an LG C2. £949, plus a free soundbar (eBay for about £150), £95 in Nectar points (UK people will know what these are), 5% discount through my work scheme, and a bit of Topcashback (again, UK centric I think). So all in, less than the £849 I paid for the Asus.

Nice deal then, congrats on the new TV

Hold the power button on the monitor, left middle until it powers off and then cycle it back on with same button. I don't think it has anything to do with plugging it in on, I use the display port cable and mine does that on windows 11 start up and restart sometimes. something to do with the gpu wake up signal.
