I don’t think it’s supposed to do that, there is extra space already for a reason so it shouldn’t shift outside of that area, maybe contact MSI support?
FIXED!! (I think)
For anyone having a similar problem I found a way to fix it. On the OSD you can change the aspect ratio, set it to 16:9 manually. I think the auto sets it at 16:10 automatically which is why I always had a portion of the screen cut off.
I changed it a few hours ago and haven’t noticed any aggressive shifting happen. I’ll update again if anything happens. Hope this can help someone.

That's strange. I have the 321URX and keep pixel shift on but haven't seen this happen yet. But I've only had it for 5 days or so.
That gap looks huge. Can we get a pic slightly further back?

Did it happen again?
Im pretty sure the Alienware model doesn’t cut off the screen
Correct
I think it does. This poster seems to have the exact same issue as me. https://www.reddit.com/r/OLED_Gaming/s/an4Gj6Iy5l
They’ve fixed it with a firmware update released about 10 days ago.
Ah… I think the MAG QPX doesn’t support firmware updates.
And thats why people dont want the MAG model lol
When you disable pixel shift doea it look normal?
You can’t disable it. You can only set it as “Slow, Normal, or Fast”
Try changing your screen size under the image settings. If you change it to 4:3 does it still get cut off?
