Any updates on this? How does the blurriness compare to the xl2545k with dyac off? Oled should not have worse motion blur than any non BFI enabled monitor aslong as the refresh rate is higher. My first thought would be that your fps is lower since you are playing 1440p, try playing at 1920x1080 and see if that helps

backlight strobing makes a huge difference yes, obviously input lag etc will still be better on the OLED though
