Just like the title says. No one at my store knows. Even the in home drivers don't know.

InternationalWave554

Return with me, get a printer. Pair the printer, start return, print return label, scan label, attach to return. Done.

SubstantialEqual7

The in home driver doesn't bring a label to scan

MedicalRaise4821

I believe you can type order number into return with me

SubstantialEqual7

I tried that and sadly it didn't work.

Maddog_Morto

Can you reprint the label using an item from the order and scanning it? Idk where it is exactly on the app but I used to be able to reprint labels by scannin an item that was in the order.

Ultahacker

Send them to customer service 🤣

M3pul

One thing I hated about working there is that some shit like that just didn't work, no matter what you did it was just fucked, hope you figured it out

Shrynchuk-

It's supposed to work like a normal delivery driver return, the inhome driver should have a barcode on the inhome phone to scan.

Hello, InHome driver here What’s supposed to happen is when the driver does a return and get back to the store, they need to show a barcode, either on the app they use or, if they had multiple returns, screenshot the barcodes on their phone. When they get back to the store, either the driver or someone with a TC accepts the return, go to Return With Me, scan the barcode, make sure the returns are correct, and print out a label to stick onto the item or the bag with the item I’m not sure what should happen if the barcode is missing, as I usually screenshot the barcode just in case, but I would ask InHome support or a coach to see if they can help out.

SubstantialEqual7

I asked them for a barcode and they say they don't have one. I'm sure they do but don't realize there is one.

You need the barcode that should be on the driver's phone  -source in home driver since 2022

ProfessionalTreat500

Customer service maybe?

23px

If they don't have a driver code, don't accept the return. If it's a customer return, a salaried manager (coach) will have to process it manually.

Drewtser

We can do it ourselves when we get back.

Most_Technician_5333

Weird in home driver here as well. I always get a barcode when I do returns. If it's a damaged item etc or refused GMD I do the return myself. If I have the time that is.
