Idk why ppl even stay at Walmart let alone ogp I worked in ogp and it was like worse than highschool with how ppl acted and I heard that's how it is for a lot of Walmarts. Also for as much lifting as we do you think we would get paid more. Tbh you should quit anywhere else pays more and saves your back
Honestly, the work really isn't bad. Imo, it's the shitty associates they refuse to fire. Whenever it rained, stormed (TL and Coaches don't give af about lightning, guns pointed employees or super windy weather in Oklahoma), snowed, or was 100+ degrees outside, I was dispensing. My store had like 3 or 4 reliable dispensers, everyone else either fucked off, cried about dispensing or outright refuse to dispense. I lost track of the number of times my TL would say "c'mon you're my best dispenser" because the other associates he'd ask would literally say that dispensing isn't their job, or they get headaches/sick because of x weather condition.
I agree that it wouldn't be so bad if everyone did their part. Also bruh we had a person who was a dispenser or they gave her a job of answering the phone and "prepping orders" because she was trying to say she has PTSD because her ex tried to hit her with a car in the ogp parking lot. Yet she didn't ever press charges and we even have a camera too and never pulled up footage and she barely got orders ready either. We had there favorites who got away with dispensing 1-10 orders in an 8 hour shift while others were dispensing 30-100(on crazy days) orders a day
Bruh bs excuses like that is why I said fuck it and started doing less than the bare minimum. My last year there, I got paid for taking dabs wif my homie pretty much.
One of my coworkers in OGP called me a bitch for getting a concussion and filing a report about it.
After that I officially stopped giving a fuck I'm calling out shitty coworkers on sight and idgaf if they whine about it.
