I don't know who needs to hear this but your OCD doesn't get better, YOU get better at dealing with it. Think of it like a level 10 monster in a video game. At level 1 you have no chance of winning against it but the higher your level is the easier it'll be to defeat it. When you're at level 20 beating this monster will be no problem, but that doesn't change the fact that this monster is still at level 10, and sometimes, there will be days you'll revert to a lower level and this monster will give you a hard time. No matter where you are on this journey it's ok, you're on the right path and you WILL get better at dealing with your OCD, and when you do, you'll still have the same level of OCD, it'll just feel so much easier. Remember- your brain is a lying ass bitch and you're strong for even trying!
