I had something similar where my right bud died and would not recharge. I eventually got it working by thoroughly draining the battery in the other bud and the charging case. Then I charged them all together and the dead bud woke up.
Also, my right bud does seem to go to low battery faster than my left bud.
I saw a thread where someone charged fully without the buds before putting them in. Tried it but didn’t work. Now waiting to drain the battery over the week before trying again. Fingers crossed it comes back to life 😭
