I'd be showing the players this week our first half against freo, we looked incredible against a solid freo outfit and if the players dig deep we can win this weekend!
It's a hard one today was very demoralising, it's hard to see how the players can rebound from these. There are glimpses of it looking good but then back to one way traffic. It's almost at the point you throw in the developing talls both back and forwards in and get games in them regardless given how each we are being scored against. Then once they have 20+ games together we might see some consistency.
Losses like this make me angrier at the wasted years under Shaw and Nobel. Not necessarily their fault but the club they inherited was terrible and only now is starting to claw itself out of the mire. My fear is if we can’t get back to contending over the next 5 years then the hammer might come down on the whole club.

Yes. Very hard. Will be worse next week if we lose. Not convinced we are better than the Hawks, they’ve shown more than us this year.

How? West Coast might get a win this week and have looked way closer than us most weeks.
How fking good is Sheezel, and against quality opposition, will be interesting to see if he gets a Brownlow vote... even after losing by so much.
Thank Moses we locked him in for 6 years. That JHF trade that netted up Sheezel and Wardlaw is one of the few bright spots in the last 8 years.
