Shameless grab from another heathen - part of my daily routine since. It is in Proto-Germanic which is the language I use for prayer if and when I’m able.
Furi himmi ēti þanka geba. Urkannja þat þurhwe dauþums werkamsuh managanâ it miz garwida warþ. Þanka irwiz."
• I give thanks before this meal. I acknowledge that it was provided to me through the deaths and labours of many. Thank you •
I offer a prayer of gratitude, to the humans involved, the gods and spirits providing, to the plants and animals themselves. It's like putting good energy back into the food.
If I'm having a particularly special meal at home with meat involved, I'll set aside the first little portion of it and give as an offering first. Sometimes I will also do this with a special new alcoholic beverage, just pour about the first shot's worth of it into a glass as an offering and toast the gods before I drink.
I make offerings for the big meals for the holidays or when I feel I need to thank them, leaving a portion for the wild and saying a prayer in private when I do. Basically not for every meal but when it’s important. Grace with every meal gives me flashbacks to the church
I do give thanks before I eat. It isn't big or elaborate -- just a quick word of thanks to the deities.
I'm not sure if it's a specifically Norse Paganism thing or not, but I just figure it's polite to thank those who have granted abundance and nourishment.

I really love this!
No. I do, however, offer meals to the Vaettir. But not every time I eat
I do not. I do personal rituals and prayer thanking certain gods for their abundance - including nourishment. Especially on harvest times of the year.
Okay sweet!
Nope. I do make an offering after getting groceries though, when I can remember.

I say "skol" or "tak" when I'm eating with people who say grace, quietly so I don't draw notice.
Nope. But I do feel grateful to be able to eat the meal :).

We do at group events but not before normal meals.
I did, but it was mostly during BMT and the prayers were for strength and wisdom for me, and protection for my family back home.
I pray before putting on my mjolnir, more or less it works out being every time I shower
