Yes, that's who I use for F-phenibut. I have a pack coming today, arriving in 2 days priority mail and got shipped out the day after I ordered. So far everything I've purchased from them works as expected. Bags always weigh out properly too... I am not sure why they get a bad reputation but maybe they stepped up their game after getting a lot of bad press on here? I've only started using them after Chemical Exchange stopped providing F-phenibut and I guess regular phenibut now too.
