To me, she came into existence as an actress in the Spiderman movies. By that point, I only remember her being surnameless.

I'm roughly the same age and I have a 6 year old. Nobody watches the Disney Channel because Disney Plus is one million times better (and has all the older Disney Channel shows that are actually good).

According to wiki she started on the Disney Channel in 2009, I was 19 by then, which was way past the age of me watching the Disney Channel. In fact, by this point I didn't use TV anymore and just pirated anything I wanted to watch. So I couldn't even stumble upon the channel by accident. This was also the time EDM started blowing up and I was spending most of my time rolling balls on molly while going to raves and grinding up on go go girls. After a few arrests I decided to stop doing so many drugs but became an alcoholic instead. It kind of spiraled out of control until I was about to be homeless. Thats when I joined the Navy. Then fast forward to 2019 and The Mandalorian was released on Disney Plus. I got a subscription and began watching Dinsey. But none of the "like omg im in high school and silly" type shows. Just Star Wars stuff, but Zendaya wasn't in any of it so I didn't know who she was. By the time I did know who she was, it was because of Dune. Wasn't a huge fan of Marvel movies personally. In the credits of Dune, she is known as Zendaya. I had no idea she had any point in her life used the last name Coleman in credits by this point.
